In the Hornachuelos natural park you will find one of the best preserved Mediterranean forest and riverbank ecosystems in Sierra Morena. A wonderful natural area where you can walk and enjoy the countryside and the life that nature offers. It is an area with numerous streams and reservoirs where you can enjoy a wonderful landscape bathed by water. This natural space contains a great biological diversity, among its flora is the oak, the most abundant species in the park. Cork oaks, gall oaks and wild olive trees grow on the banks of rivers and humid areas, as well as carob trees and even palm hearts. It has a great fauna, such as black vultures, imperial eagles, wolves, otters, deer and wild boar.
