The experience
For experienced riders, we suggest discovering the Pyrenees on horseback, unhurried, along remote trails of rare beauty — savouring the stillness of vast spaces where only the giant vultures circling the highest peaks break the solitude.
Cross crystal-clear rivers, enter lush forests, and ride an exceptional landscape crowned by Pyrenean peaks, some over 3,000 metres. We start on the Camino de Santiago, which borders our equestrian centre, heading toward the Garcipollera nature reserve — home to deer, wild boar, chamois, golden eagles and the giant, endangered lammergeier.
We also pass abandoned villages — silent memories of past emigration — with only the sound of hooves for company. The hotel sits beside the Aragón River, a peaceful place to rest, two kilometres from Jaca and close to the main Aragonese-Pyrenees ski resorts.
